Baseball Girls!

See me below. I'm highly focused on the game. :) I had so much fun!
I saw homeruns, I clapped & yelled, I ate tons o' peanuts, I chowed down on cotton candy.

I did all these things, and I loved it!
And most of all, I got one more 'wear' outta my cheerleader outfit!!

Family Visit!

This week, my mommy and I took some vacation time to fly down to Nana & Pappaw's house for a fun visit. And, we got to see my cousins! In this pic, we surprised them by showing up when their school got out. :)

The next several photos are the result of a creative Nana Idea. We made some little cakes and then frosted and decorated them. See Lacey and me below, pouring batter and then frosting our little cakes.

Here's me eating the final result! Wanna try to guess the shape of the pan? Yeah, that's right. A teddy bear. I'm sure it's obvious, with the couple inches of frosting and sprinkles on top, right? ;)

IT'Z a blast!

Boy did we ever have fun on this particular Saturday! Our parents took us to a brand new place called "ITZ". It is a hugely gigantic indoor amusement park with rides, games, and lotsa food.

In the first pic, we are eating in a really cool dining room and watching "Popeye" on a ginormous TV!

This next pic is on one of the many rides. It was a total blast. We also played tons of games. What a great day!!

This place is really, really big. It actually took over a store that had closed. A Home Depot! And it took up every single inch of the space. Yeah, it's that big!!

Let's Bowl!

This Labor Day weekend, I did yet another thing that is new to me! I went BOWLING!! It was me and 3 of my gal pals (and our parents of course). I had a really super fun time! The place was really nice. For us kids, they put up special bumpers on the lanes in front of the gutters. Also had some pretty 'light-weight' balls for us to use. :)

In my typical bowling 'pose' I watch the ball go all the way down the lane. And it traveled at a super fast pace of 1/2 mile per hour. (ha)

My friend Emily had her own special technique of getting the ball down there. I called it the "Emily Sling". (Yes, it is in mid-air in the pic.)

This pic is near the end of the game. Us gals (Lexi, Juliana, Margaret) are just wanting to hang around and relax. :) For a laugh, click on the pic to enlarge it. You'll notice TWO bowling balls in the lane (marked by yellow arrows). And they are both at a complete stop! ha-ha!

And finally, here is a picture of me after knocking down many pins! Daddy was right there to cheer me on.
